I'm trying to get in shape for my wife. Any advice?

When I was young, about 15, I had six pack abs and was in really good shape...never got tired, didn't sleep for days at a time and could out eat any human being without gaining a pound...obviously, never getting tired and eating however I want is a memory long gone, but what is the fastest way to get my six-pack abs back? Seriously, I miss them!I'm trying to get in shape for my wife. Any advice?
Eat better, eat less, work-out.

Keytosis is the fastest way to strip off fat.

Fat is covering your abs.

First cut carbohydrates down to a minimal level.

Never eat fast food again. No more pizza.

Eliminate all junk food. Eat breakfast. Eat fruits for snacks; e.g. apples, grapes, bananas.

Loosing weight means going hungry; use that knowledge to help you accept and cope with it.

If you eat garbage and are lethargic this will start shedding weight quickly.

Rebuild muscle first as this will help burn more energy and will not shock your system like cardiovascular exercise will while in keytosis. Eat extra protein once you start pumping iron again.

As you drop off pounds cardiovascular exercise will become easier.

Work-out like you mean it. Walking is not exercise. Once you start cardiovascular exercise you need to reintroduce carbs in the form of things like pasta and bread (not soda-pop).I'm trying to get in shape for my wife. Any advice?
I forgot to mention to drink lots of water. Any time you are hungry, drink water first.

The body easily mistakes thirst for hunger. You only feel 'thirsty' when you are rather dehydrated.

Unsweetened tea is also good; don't drink any sugar-loaded crap (high fructose corn syrup).

Cardie workouts and healthy diet. Believe me, if there is any other way or a special pill, I'd know about it. I keep pretty fit by running and push-ups and yoga. I find these to be a good balance. Good luck on your endeavor. It's not easy but it's worth it.
Fast is not the way, slow and methodical to build it up properly
Hit the gym bro.!
Get a total Gym ! Worked for me !
As you get older, you have to devote increasing time and energy to nutrition and health. Your body is no longer growing, but is now deteriorating (are you over 30??), so it takes a focused effort.

You should know already that six-packs are not a function of muscle, but of body fat. You also know that body fat is not easy or healthy to completely eliminate, and in adult men is concentrated around the waist.

So... perfect abs in an adult man requires extreme DIET (not workouts) and possibly LIPOSUCTION.
