IT IS TIME FOR SOMEONE TO MOVE. If I own the place we are living in and we don't get along...they need to go! Regardless of who they are. Your home is your sanctuary...a place to leave the world and all headaches outside. Have they ever heard of welfare? You should drive them down to the welfare office and get them started with some hud housing, food stamps, AFDC, etc.
You are not his mommy and he has been very ungrateful. I think you have to calmly tell him that he needs to stand on his own 2 feet.
Give him a dead line to get out. Provide him with local shelters if he isn't out by deadline. Otherwise, live with it.
