I've been thinking of looking for a job in Australia as they say a lot of Work for Professionals are available, I also wanted to go there with my wife. how can we able to work and have a Visa? are there a lot of Airport jobs and IT Jobs in Australia?

The site also has information on the points test you will need to pass before being granted a visa.

Most jobs are advertised through www.seek.com.au or www.careerone.com.au, although some professional jobs are advertised only in the relevant professional journals/magazines. There is heaps of work available in general, but specifically in those professions I couldn't tell you.
As the other people have said, see www.immi.gov.au for info about skilled migration.
