I would say he could write her a really nice poem and write it in the inside of a card. Then, if he wears ca-lone or a special scent of some sort, buy a bear and spray the ca-lone on the bear. He could hug and kiss the bear, so whenever he is gone, she can hug the bear when she misses him. Fallowed by some Hershey kisses and a rose. Make a gift basket kind of thing. She will appreciate the thoughts of all the gifts and will think it was really sweet that he got her a tone of little things that mean allot instead of some big present that means something, but not as much as the little things.
