I try to help with house work and groceries but my wife is never happy with how I do the work. Advice?

Hmmm. Part of me feels you and part of me remembers that my husband never does thing the right way either.





The problem is my husband thinks he is doing ME a favor by doing stuff and then he wont do them properly:





*the bed is made but one edge of the comforter is touching the floor and the other is crooked.





*I ask him to put the groceries away and he shoves everything in the fridge instead of organizing it





*I ask him to dry the dishes and he uses the rag we use to dust the table with Glade.





I have reached the conclusion that since he is a very smart man whose house was clean and organized when he lived alone (without a maid) he is suffering from a case of the ';newlyweds I dont know hows';





He thinks that if he screws up enough I'll get tired of correcting him and do it myself. He is soooo wrong. I will make him do it again becuase I am not a maid. we are a team and I KNOW he knows how to do it.





Maybe your wife thinks the same, that you can do it but are just being lazy.





If you are really trying your best then tell her so and if your way is good enough but not for her ask her which way she likes it done and make her show you.
